Happy Friday all! I have a recipe that I just found and haven’t even tried yet, so let’s try it together ok? Fall is fast approaching and I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned it or not but I am C R A Z Y about autumn!!! I could have fall decor, apple cider, pumpkins, gourds, acorns and pine cones everywhere, year round. I am decorating my house on Sunday (September 1) for the season and I can hardly wait. I’ve been crafting and making new items for my display.
I also have been looking forward to my fall favorite flavors and excited about some new ones too. Here’s one I can’t wait to try along with all of you…
Cinnamon Apple Cups
1 can regular cinnamon rolls
1 can apple pie filling
That’s all the ingredients!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8 cups of a muffin tin. Place 1 cinnamon roll in each sprayed cup. Smush roll down and spread up sides of muffin cup. Spoon in 2 generous tablespoons of the apple pie filling into each cup. Set aside icing from cinnamon roll can. Bake cups for 14 to 18 minutes. Melt icing in microwave safe dish for just a few seconds to make it able to drizzle. When cups are done, transfer to plate or platter and drizzle icing over tops of each cup. Oh mercy, does this ever sound scrumptious!Enjoy!
